These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our online TEFL (Level 1–5) and Language Mini-Courses.
Prime Global 360 is operated by Prime Global 360 Academy (Pty) Ltd, a registered company in the Republic of South Africa. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms in full.
Course Enrollment & Access
Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive active portal access to your course materials for a period of 6 months (180 days). Access is granted via email within 24-48 hours of purchase. We encourage students to download all provided PDF resources and templates for their permanent reference during this enrollment period.​

Completion Time
The 6-month access window provides ample time for students to work through the material at their own pace. While completion times vary based on your study habits and prior experience, most students find this timeframe more than sufficient to comfortably complete all modules and assessments.

Certification & Graduation
Upon successful completion of all course modules and assessments, you will be issued your official, internationally recognized TEFL certificate. To ensure our platform remains optimized and high-performing for new incoming students, your active portal access will be concluded once your certificate has been issued. We encourage all graduates to download their provided PDF resources and teaching templates prior to their final assessment for permanent reference in their teaching careers.
Payment Terms
• All prices are displayed in USD ($) . For international students, your bank will convert the payment from your local currency (e.g., Naira, Shillings, or Pesos) to USD at the current exchange rate.
• Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment to grant access to the course modules.
• We accept EFT (Electronics Funds Transfer) via local bank transfer if your country is part of the list on our "How it Works" page or via Wise (formerly TransferWise) for the rest of our customers from otther parts of the world
• Promotional prices are valid for a limited number of people.
• All transactions are settled via secure, verified Institutional Bank Transfers (EFT) or Wise Global Network. We utilize direct business-to-business (B2B) clearing to ensure the highest level of financial transparency. ​​
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to materials:

• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
• No refunds will be issued once you have completed more than 20% of the course or downloaded course materials
• Technical issues will be addressed with full support; if unresolved, a refund may be considered
• To request a refund, please contact us with your order details
User Conduct
When using our platform, you agree NOT to:​

• Share your login credentials or course access with other.
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials without permission
• Use automated systems to access our courses
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Engage in any activity that disrupts our services
Intellectual Property
All materials provided in our courses, are the sole intellectual property of Prime Global 360 Academy (Pty) Ltd. Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer
While our TEFL courses are accredited and designed to meet international standards, we cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Job placement depends on various factors including local regulations, employer requirements, and individual performance. We provide the qualifications and knowledge; career success depends on how you apply them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Global 360 Academy Pty (Ltd) operating as Prime Global 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Regardless of the student's location (including the Philippines, Kenya, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, or Turkey), any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. All course fees are subject to our refund policy, which remains valid until a student has accessed 20% or more of the digital curriculum
